Paris, July 25, 2025 – Carrefour Services, the branch of the Carrefour Group dedicated to service-based activities (events, travel, rentals, banking, insurance), takes a major strategic step by entering the digital Retail Media space. In partnership with Unlimitail, two flagship brands take center stage: Carrefour Location and Carrefour Voyages. This initial deployment marks the activation of a high-potential media ecosystem, designed for brands seeking new communication environments.
Already partners of the Carrefour Group in the food and non-food retail sectors, the Unlimitail teams are supporting service-focused websites for the first time, opening up new horizons for retail media. This new chapter builds upon an existing collaboration and ventures into a service-based territory that has been rarely explored in retail media—both by endemic and non-endemic brands.
Two immediately activatable environments
Carrefour Location, named best rental agency in 2025, operates nearly 900 agencies across France and draws 300,000 unique monthly visitors. Its audience is highly engaged, often in the midst of a move or travel—key life moments with high advertising value. The majority of activity is generated online, with strong user attention at every stage of the journey.
Carrefour Voyages, recognized as best travel agency in 2023, welcomes over 1.1 million unique visitors each month, with highly attractive consumer profiles for advertisers.
A unified, cutting-edge technology stack
The media offering leverages both onsite and offsite technology to activate campaigns based on granular data and advanced behavioral analysis. This enables precise audience segmentation and the deployment of innovative ad formats—such as embedded banners and pop-ups—served at the right moment and in the most relevant contexts.
A framework suited to both endemic and non-endemic brand needs
Brands already distributed on Carrefour.fr or Carrefour Voyages can redirect their campaigns to these new environments using co-branded formats. Those that aren’t can direct traffic to their own digital properties, to serve a variety of objectives—awareness, engagement, or conversion.
